We announce an audition by students from the Vitorino Matono Institute, a special moment of talent, dedication, and learning, where young performers present a varied repertoire, celebrating music and inviting the public to support talented new artists. The Institute is named after an important accordionist, conductor, educator, and composer, born in Avis in 1921 and deceased in Lisbon in 2019: Vitorino Matono was one of the most important promoters of the concert accordion in Portugal.
